We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Architect or Senior Architectural Technician to join our team. We are looking for an Architect or Senior Architectural Technician who is:

· Ideally with over 3 years’ post qualification experience

· Experienced in the use of AutoCAD and Revit, but training also provided.

· Confident in working and communicating with clients, local authorities and contractors.

· Strong written and verbal skills.

· Used to working to Welsh or English Building Regulations

The role will include:

  • Liaising with clients
  • Preparation of design/planning drawings.
  • Preparation of construction packages.
  • 3D modelling.
  • On-Site works.
  • Project management.
